Kinder Garden program had three garden related areas for children with books & puzzles, science activities and art. The objective was for the kids to learn the importance of plants and insects through hands-on experiences.
Cleveland Apple Festival
Attendees were also given the opportunity to win door prizes during the event.
The 2019 event will be held at the Museum at 5Points in Cleveland, TN. Saturday, March 30th from 10 am to 4 pm. See you there!
The Market Place had seventeen vendors and organizations which offered a wide variety of items including plants, fertilizer, jewelry, food, artwork, photography, and much more. The Master Gardeners also had booths which sold yard sale items, gourds and crafts. An "Ask A Master Gardener" booth was available to attendees that had gardening related questions.
The yard sale was also a big hit, selling a number of gardening related items like bird feeders and houses, garden fencing, tools, garden pots, an irrigation system, etcera, etcera.

The seminar and workshop education series offered presentations and demonstrations free to the public which ran in two parallel tracks, all day. The topics were:

Junior Master Gardeners
The gourd booth had bird houses, ornaments, planters, holiday decorations, soaps and vases all made from gourds, grown and decorated by Master Gardeners. Luffa soap making kits and plain gourds were also available. Gourd experts at the booth shared their gardening and crafting knowledge with visitors.
Annual Christmas Party
The Bradley County Master Gardeners held their inaugural gardening event, called Spring Forward Fest on April 21st, 2018. The event drew over 250 attendees providing a wide variety of gardening related activities and offerings. For a taste of what it was all about, take a look at the video and photos below. To be more descriptive, the event for 2019 will be aptly named "Spring Garden Festival".

The Master Gardener craft booth had handmade garden, yard and home related items. Crafts included bird houses, planters, decorative jars, garden signs, painted rocks, knickknacks and more.
